Welcome to my Sampans restaurant...

Sampans restaurant brings you the very best Pan-Asian cuisine with a collection of dishes to suit all tastes. We also have a great selection of desserts and teas that have been carefully selected to offer you the best Far Eastern culinary experience.

I grew up in Thailand which is where my inspiration for classic Thai cooking began. My passion led me to broaden my knowledge by creating Malaysian and Chinese dishes with a desire to capture the full range of Asian cooking. This also inspired my love for equalling taste with presentation which is key to preparing modern Chinese food. My background has inspired me to create my own fusion of Sampans dishes – look out for these on the menu.
